Family can be a bit of a difficult subject for me.

Phillipa and I were close as kids, I guess as all twins should be, but once our father married our stepmother... something fundamentally changed in perhaps both of us. After a while, I didn't recognize her anymore and I doubt she recognized me.

Could you even imagine, two twin sisters... feeling so... disconnected?

Over time and through the Enchanted bond, Jordan has become my sister.

We share blood (distant it might be), magic and a closeness I didn't felt with Phillipa. We are so similar and so very, very different at the same time. [Smiles] Honestly, she is the good side of us and I guess you can say I've always been a little rougher around the edges? Dark? Whatever you want to call it and that's created some tension in our family over the years.

Too many people underestimate us and what we'd do for our family - the family we've built with our mates and the family we've built with the rest of the guys. If there's one thing we will always agree on, it's our love and protection of our family. Everything else can come and go, we can argue about stupid shit and feel out of sync but at the end of the day, she's my sister and I will always have her back and she will always have mine.

Note as of 2022, Phillipa is no longer Piper's twin sister and is the name of her Mother. Keeping the post because... writing exercises ftw?
